How it works
The food
An international kitchen that changes every week: from Lebanese to Indian, Asian and Italian. Warm dishes, salads, bread, something sweet. Everyone takes what they like. You can mention allergies when you sign up, so the kitchen knows.
About House of Catering
House of Catering is the resident kitchen of Borisov. Chef Marco Mercati and his team cook for all events at Borisov, and beyond that in offices, at events and at home. For the Tavolata they set up a buffet every Monday and Thursday with dishes from their international kitchen.
Sharing tables
You eat together. There are no fixed seats: first come, first served. Sometimes you join the neighbours at their table, sometimes you sit on a sofa or at the bar. That is exactly the charm. There is room for 60 people per lunch; sign up early to be sure of a place.
Drinks
Self service, € 4 per drink excluding VAT: soft drinks, a bottle of beer, a glass of wine, cola or an El Tony.
Late?
After midnight you can still sign up on the day until 10:00, while stocks last. Walking in is fine too, just let the kitchen know.
More often?
We start with two days a week. If enough people come, we will do it more often. Bring your colleagues and tell the neighbours.
Prices exclude VAT. The Tavolata is for companies in the neighbourhood; personal accounts will follow later.
